Job Summary:

We are seeking emergency medicine physicians to join our growing team in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

About our Fredericksburg Emergency Department:
  • Fully integrated department of Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center, our 133 bed hospital in Fredericksburg, VA
  • 8,500 anticipated ER visits/ approximately 23 visits per day
  • 24 hours of physician coverage - 7 am - 7 pm
  • 10,000 square feet
  • Fully equipped trauma bay
  • Separate adult and pediatric waiting area
  • 11 private treatment rooms
  • State of the art imaging, including CT, ultrasound and radiology
  • Ambulance bay for EMS access
  • Patients needing to be admitted to an inpatient bed will be transported to the main campus with seamless care handoff to our excellent intensivists, hospitalists, and specialists
