Requirements:

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible – REQUIRED (EM FM IM)
• ACLS ATLS BLS PALS Certified – REQUIRED (if NOT ABEM; ATLS can be done within first year of privileges)
• Active TX License & DEA – REQUIRED; no exceptions
• Must state availability & shift preference at time of name clear
