Seeking a Locums Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team in Tell City, IN, providing essential care with flexible 12- to 24-hour shifts, ensuring 24/7 coverage in our Emergency Department. Our Critical Access Hospital provides 24/7 Emergency Medicine coverage with an annual ED Volume of 9,120 patients. The facility includes 25 Hospital Beds, with 8 dedicated specifically to the Emergency Department. We utilize the EDIS (Medhost) EMR system and boast 2 fully equipped trauma rooms along with 6 treatment rooms. Our dedicated team of nurses, ER technicians, and ancillary staff including Diagnostic Imaging, Respiratory Therapy, Laboratory, and Social Services ensures comprehensive support for patient care.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (EM), Family Medicine (FM), or Internal Medicine (IM).
- Certification in ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS required. ATLS certification can be completed within the first year of privileges if not already ABEM certified.
- Active Indiana medical license and DEA registration.
