As an Emergency Room Physician at Aspire Medical Staffing, you will provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute medical conditions and emergencies.

Job Responsibilities

Duties:
Assess and triage patients presenting to the emergency room
Diagnose and treat acute medical conditions and emergencies
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Stabilize patients in critical condition and initiate appropriate interventions
Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
Make timely and accurate decisions regarding patient care
Document patient information accurately and timely
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Provide education and counseling to patients and their families

Qualifications

Medical degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of a residency/fellowship program in Emergency Medicine
Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
Active and unrestricted medical license in any state in the USA
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Excellent clinical skills and knowledge in Emergency Medicine
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick and accurate decisions
Experience in managing a wide range of acute medical conditions and emergencies
Ability to effectively triage patients based on severity of condition
Willingness to work in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
