Start Date: 130 days out from offer because of credentialing timeline
Contract Length: 60 days with option to extend
Shift Details:
Will be floating between three sites. Shift options below:
- Round Rock: 10 AM - 8 PM, 3 PM - 12 AM. Annual volume of 28k.
- Pflugerville: 11 AM - 11 PM. Annual volume of 22k.
- Taylor: 6 PM - 6 AM. Annual volume of 14k.
Work Details:
- Support Staff: There will be either 1 or 2 MDs covering. 2 of the sites will have PA support.
- EMR: Epic
Requirements:
- Board Certification: TX license required. Will accept IMLC if the provider already has the TX IMLC.
- DEA: Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 130 days- no exceptions
