- Start Date: September 1, 2024 (ASAP but credentialing takes 60-90 days.)
- Contract Length: 5+ months
- Shift Details: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
- Schedule: Monday-Sunday, nights and weekends are needed the most
- Amount of coverage needed per month: They have 2 full-time needs
- Annual Volume: 21,000
- Patients per day: 58
- Lowest level of trauma, very few cases per the director, they stabilize and transfer
- Beds: 22
- EMR: Epic
- We do not respond to codes on the floor because we have 24-hour hospitalist coverage, we are almost always dismissed immediately
- No admissions
- Patient population/age: All ages
- EMR: Epic
- Board Certification: ABEM/AOBEM required, alternative boards not accepted
- BLS, ACLS and PALS are all required
- State license required: Virginia
- DEA – Required
- No minimum experience is required but must be BC
