*Need 2-3 providers, up to 10 shifts each month. Site needs a total of 30 shifts covered each month.
*Start as soon as credentialed
*24/7 Coverage shifts at all campuses 6a-6p and 6p-6a. Each time frame is a separate shift.
*Primary Worksite will be Jameson. Provider will work at all 3 sites, so candidates must be presented to the all 3 jobs.
*Frequency of Work at Alternate Site(s) 50%-50%
