Requirements:

• Name clear process is not officially completed by OVP until the client reviews the candidate’s full presentation.
• Submit rates and exact availability at time of name clear – REQUIRED
• Malpractice must be included in hourly rate cap of 35000 cents/hour – REQUIRED no exceptions
• MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM (can be double boarded ABPS) – REQUIRED
• MUST have 2+ recent experience REQUIRED
• NRP REQUIRED
• Ohio License REQUIRED not accepting IMLC
• Covid Vaccination REQUIRED
