Providence Mt. Carmel Hospital is seeking a Part Time Emergency physician to join their team in Colville, Washington. Successful candidates will have a passion for rural medicine and an interest in investing in a small community. Experience all that northeast Washington has to offer from the friendly and welcoming town of Colville.

- Compensation is between $173,626 and $233,785 per year
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them

Providence Mount Carmel Hospital is a critical-access hospital with a 100-year history in the rugged northeast Washington region. With a recent expansion for enhanced patient rooms and an emergency department, Mount Carmel Hospital represents diverse specialties. Being part of the Providence system and closely connected to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane means that Providence Mount Carmel is able to offer higher levels of care than would be expected in a rural hospital.

Colville is a beautiful tight-knit community located in the northeast corner of Washington. It’s located in a spectacular countryside, 40 miles from Canada and just 10 from the Columbia River. Colville features mixed-conifer forests, rugged river breaks and the mighty Selkirk Mountains to the east. With a population of 5,000, there is a quiet, Victorian downtown area with plenty of boutiques and restaurants to explore. Big-city shopping, entertainment and other amenities are just 70 miles south in Spokane.
