Practice Setting:

• Setting: Inpatient

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Required (Can be ABFM and ABIM with EM experience)
• License Required: Active Washington (WA) License
• Certifications Required:
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Credentialing:

• Timeframe: 48 hours
