- Board Certification: Required (Can be ABFM and ABIM with EM experience)
- License Required: Active Washington (WA) License
- Certifications Required:
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Credentialing:
- Timeframe: 48 hours
