Job Summary:

HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital is searching for Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team in Haines City, Florida

Qualified Candidates:
  • Qualified candidates must be Board Certified/Board Eligible EM or Board Certified FM or IM with EM experience.

  • Projecting 14,000 Anticipated ER visits in the first year

  • 11 emergency room bays, including a fully equipped Trauma bay
  • Separate adult and pediatric waiting area

  • Patients needing to be admitted to an inpatient bed will be transported to the main campus with seamless care handoff to our excellent intensivists, hospitalists and specialists
HCA Florida Poinciana Medical Center is a four-story, 177,000 square foot hospital with a full staff compliment of anesthesia, cardiology, GI, general surgery, nephrology, pulmonary/critical care, ophthalmology, and hematology oncology services. Transfer agreements for all other specialties except ENT are facilitated through the partnered Level 2 trauma/Stroke and MI sister facility 25 mins away. The facility features a 12-bed full tele state-of-the-art ED, complete with an EMS entrance and helicopter pad and 8 acute care beds.
