Job Summary:
HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is seeking Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team, located along the beautiful Treasure Coast of Florida.Qualified Candidates:
- Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM)
- Must have Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Must have completed an PEM Residency and board certified within 5 years.
Incentives/Benefits:
- IC-1099 contractor status (malpractice with tail covered)

Facility Information:
- Level II Trauma Center
- 80,000 annual patient visits in Main ED and 16,000 in Peds ED
- 3 trauma bays, including 1 pediatric
- 2.0 pph
- 70 hours total of physician coverage (main ED and Peds ED incl)
- 60 hours of APP coverage
- EMR is Meditech, Pdoc and dragon dictation
- Code ice facility with theraputic hypothermia capability
- Several dedicated ED glide scopes and US machines
- 24 hour inhouse Hospitalist and Intensivists
