- Critical Access Hospital
- Patient rooms: 20
- Pt. seen per day: 15-20
- Support staffing: minimum 2 RNs on staff at all times

**Requirements**
- Experienced providers only
- OR Licensure, DEA
- ABEM Certified - If not ABEM, then PALS, ACLS and ATLS required
