10k volume-25 Bed Critical Access Hospital
• EMR-Meditech
• 12 hr. Shifts
• APP support
• Expedited Credentialing
• Level V
FTE Base Compensation & Bonus:
• Base Comp = $315/hr. which is a Base of $305/hr. + $10/hr. Quality Bonus
• Sign-on Bonus = $50K-Can also be used as a Resident Stipend
• Treated as a forgivable loan over 1st 3 years.
• 12 hr. Shifts
• CME = $5K annually
• Employer Paid Health Insurance (HSA Option)
• 401K Safe-Harbor Plan: 3% Company Contribution
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Block Shifts
• No paid Travel, Car & Lodging
Full-Time 1099 Contractor: Living in the Community
• Base Comp = $335/hr. which is a Base of $325/hr. + $10/hr. Quality Bonus
