I am looking for a physician who can help with Emergency Medicine at a Critical Access Rural Hospital in Berryville, AR. The schedule is flexible, and the rate is $320 per hour.

Key Details:

• No surgery required
• Usual ED procedures: intubation, chest tube, conscious sedation, laceration
• Central line placement, suturing, I&D, dental blocks, foreign body removal, reductions, cardio conversion, codes, Stroke and STEMI, pediatrics and adults
• No call for ED physicians; they only round on ED patients in the department
• ED physician admits to hospital via Hospitalist, but does not write admission orders
• Medical residents will start rotating through the ED beginning July 2024
• ED physician responds to med surg codes, though infrequent
• Current open shifts vary, with both days and nights available every month
