**Emergency Medicine Opening - Northern Michigan**
*Location:* Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan
**Overview:**
- Newer emergency department with 18 beds, renovated/expanded in 2017.
- Annual volumes approximately 16,000.
- Solo physician coverage with advanced practitioner support from 10 AM to 10 PM daily.
- Shifts: 7 AM to 7 PM and 7 PM to 7 AM with small overlap for appropriate hand-off.
- Separate walk-in clinic across the street staffed by NP or PA from 9 AM to 7 PM.
