Healthcare facilities in the neighborhoods of Boston in search of an emergency medicine physician to provide monthly ongoing coverage!
Schedule:
- Shift types vary from 8hr, 10hr, 12hr.
- 2 hour orientation paid at regular rate
- Start as soon as credentialed - ongoing
- Credentialing timeframe: Estimated 45-60 days
Assignment:
- Volume: $42k-$60k annual visits at each location, average 1.8 patients per hour.
- Outpatient, adults & some peds
- Support staff: Mid-levels & specialities on call
- EMR: Meditech
- Facility: No trauma designations
- Procedures: Will need to be comfortable handling anything that comes in the ER
- Higher acuity cases are transferred out
Requirements:
- Board certified or eligible in emergency medicine
- Will consider FM candidates with extensive ER experience if they have ACLS, ATLS, and PALS
- Active MA license & DEA

- Less than 1 hour from an international airport
