Schedule: 7a-7p and 7p-7a

Work Details:

· Amount of coverage needed per month: 8-12 shifts per month

·· Patient population/age: Adult

· Department description: 15 regular beds/6 prisoner beds (This is a lock down location with prisoners and 2 guards on duty).

· EMR: MedHost

· Hospital bed size: 123

· Special procedures: n/a

· Skills required: 1 year full-time EM exp (unless BC in EM)

Practice Setting:

• Hospital: level 4 Trauma

Requirements:

· Board Certification: BC in EM, IM, FP, or another specialty (*If not BC in EM, must have 1 yr full-time EM exp)

· License required: TX

· Certifications required: ACLS, ATLS, PALS,. (*If ABEM, only ATLS is exempt)

· Minimum experience required: If not BC in EM, must have 1 yr full-time EM experience (recent). 2years of Case logs required. 10 years of CEO history required.
