Job Description
ECU Health Physicians and The Department of Emergency Medicine at East Carolina University’s Brody School of Medicine are seeking a BE/BC emergency medicine physician to join their faculty. The successful candidate will provide care at the ECU Health Medical Center located in Greenville, NC. The current faculty members in the Department of Emergency Medicine at East Carolina University possess diverse interests and expertise leading to extensive state and national-level involvement. The emergency medicine residency is well-established and includes 36 EM and 12 EM/IM residents.
New graduates are welcome to apply. Fellowships in Toxicology or EMS are preferred.

- Hospital privileges at ECU Health Medical Center, 974-bed level 1 trauma center, 55 main ED beds with 16 additional spaces, 16 pediatric ED beds

- Mandatory M4 EM rotation
- Multiple EM subspecialties: EMS, Toxicology, Ultrasound, and Sports
- Full Trauma/STEMI/Stroke – Trauma Recuse co-managed
