This is a full-time ongoing on-site locums assignment.
About this Opportunity:

• Location: Hot Springs, AR

• Shift Details/Schedule: full-time 10a-10p 12 hr shifts
• Required Procedures: Laceration repair, abscess I/D, thoracostomy, thoracotomy, trauma management, lumbar puncture, code management, EKG interpretation, intubation and airway management, uncomplicated ortho reductions, central venous access, ACLS, moderate sedation, uncomplicated epistaxis management, and other procedures common to the practice of emergency medicine
• Support Staff: 12 hours of APP coverage. Neurosurgery, neurology, gastroenterology, nephrology, urology, cardiology, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, ENT, OMFS, OB/GYN, pulmonology/critical care.
• Level II Trauma Rural Hospital
• 45K Annual Volume
• EMR: Epic
• Requirements:
  • Board Certification – Board Certified Emergency Medicine
  • AR License – Required
  • Residency Requirements– Emergency Medicine Residency Required
  • Other Certifications – TBD
  • Malpractice – Clean Preferred
  • Availability at time of name clear – Required
  • Covid Vaccinated
