SMART is seeking emergency medicine physician for locum coverage in Phoenix, AZ. This coverage is needed beginning as soon as credentialed.

Details Include:

• Qualifications: BC Emergency Medicine with active AZ license/DEA
• Provider must have a clean file and 7 plus shifts available per month.
• Annual patient volume 50,000 (includes Fast Track)
• 35-bed facility
• Moderate to high acuity
• Most trauma is Triaged out
• Admit Rate 15%
• 12 Hour Shift- Double coverage 24 hours/day
• Separate Fast Track with 20 hours of coverage by Mid-Level Practitioners
  
• Paid malpractice, travel and accommodations
