ED Beds: 16Shifts: 7-a-7p, 11a-11p, 7p-7a
Facility Volume: 40k
Credentials Required: ATLS, ACLS,PALS
License: Active WV
Certifications: Will accept IM and FM providers with EM experience. Completion of an ACGME or AOA approved postgraduate training program in family practice, gen surg. Certification to applicable board
Experience: 2 years experience in EM with a volume of 15k per year
