URGENT NEED: EM or FM Provider needed in Northern New Hampshire July - September

• Location: Beautiful Northern New Hampshire, Coos County; within 2 hours of Portland, Maine and the Canadian border; abundant recreational

activities and beautiful scenery; small boutique town; great community and family atmosphere.

• Dates needed: July 1, 14, 23; August 21, 23, 31; September dates to be added
• Shifts: 24 hours, 8am - 8pm
• Orientation day required
• Census: 4000 visits/year; 10-20 patients/day; 296+/- transfers; primary tertiary centers are in Concord.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience with EM, FM, General Surgery or Internal Medicine training, with at least 100 patients over

the past 12 months, and recent clinical activity in emergency medicine during at least two of the last four years; Maintaining

Competency: at least 200 emergency medicine patients in the past 24 months; Meeting these requirements will qualify provider

for Emergency Medicine Privileges. (A documentation form will be required.)

• Active NH license; American Heart Association certified in ACLS, PALS, and ATLS required; successful completion of ACGME or AOA or Royal

College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada accredited residency program in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, General Surgery or

Internal Medicine

• All travel and lodging provided
• All malpractice insurance provided
