Dermatologist opening in Binghamton, NY 41m to Sayre, PA Full Time and Permanent Position Accepts J1 and H1 Visa We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Fellowship-trained Dermatologist to join a busy, patient-centered practice. This role offers comprehensive compensation and benefits, including loan forgiveness for qualified candidates completing their fellowship. Compensation and Benefits: Salary range: $450,000 - $600,000, depending on experience. Competitive RVU model. Signing bonus available for qualified fellowship candidates. Allowance for licensure fees and DEA certificate renewals. $10,000 referral bonus for full-time physician hires. Key Responsibilities: Build and enhance a clinical dermatology practice with access to a Dermatopathologist and a strong referral network of primary care physicians. Collaborate with a support team of Advanced Practice Providers (APP), Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and clinical assistants. Provide services including patch testing for allergic contact dermatitis, diagnosis and treatment of common and rare skin diseases, local and systemic treatment of psoriasis, and UVB phototherapy. Work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with 36 patient contact hours per week and no call coverage or inpatient services. J1 and H1B visa sponsorship available. Work-Life Balance: Traditional work schedule with 36 patient-facing hours and 4 hours of dedicated administrative time. Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance.
