Seeking BC/BE Dermatologist to join team in Wooster, OH
Position Highlights:
Full-time (5 days/week) or 4 days/week schedule available
Compensation Options:
1. Five-Day Work Week
- Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 total
- $15,000 upon signing
- $15,000 one year after the signed contract date
- Base Salary: $575,000/year
- Minimum: 45 patients/day
- Additional Incentive: Once net collections exceed $1.5 million in a year, receive 10% of net collections above $1.5 million until year-end
2. Four-Day Work Week
- Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 total
- $12,500 upon signing
- $12,500 one year after the signed contract date
- Base Salary: $540,000/year
- Minimum: 45 patients/day
- Additional Incentive: Once net collections exceed $1.3 million in a year, receive 10% of net collections above $1.3 million until year-end
Additional Responsibilities and Compensation Inclusions:
Compensation covers:
- Collected receipts for patient visits
- Attending and speaking at staff meetings
- Promoting the company
- Training medical support staff
- Communicating timely biopsy/lab results to patients
- Educating and supervising physician extenders
- Maintaining expertise in dermatologic medicine
- Directing support staff to maintain efficiency and morale
- Completing documentation and participating in chart reviews
