The Position:
• Collegial, well-established team of 10 Dermatology providers - affiliated with one of the Midwest's top physician-led, nonprofit health systems
• Physicians here are booking months out and are earning > MGMA 90th percentile
• 4-day work week, zero call
• Plenty of competent support staff - work w 2-3 dedicated nurses, scribes also available
• General medical & surgical Dermatology, with the opportunity to customize your case mix
• Option to incorporate Mohs surgery for fellowship-trained candidates
• Optional cosmetic Derm component; generous bonus structure
• Gorgeous clinic built for ultimate patient experience; layout designed to facilitate efficient delivery of care
• Epic EMR
• Option to teach medical students & residents if of interest
• Best-in-industry compensation: $725K starting base + additional wRVU bonuses = exceptionally lucrative earnings
• $200K signing bonus & comprehensive, executive-level benefits package
• 35+ days off, 5% 401K match, health/dental/vision, malpractice w tail & more
