Dermatology opening near Cleveland Located in Brunswick, OH - Cleveland 25m Full-time, permanent position Seeking a General Dermatologist with an interest in general dermatology We are a private family-owned business since 1978 and serve the Medina, Wooster, Wadsworth and Brunswick communities and we are looking to expand to in the fall of 2024 to Strongville. As such, we appreciate the family work-life balance. All providers have support staff, scribes and medical assistants. This support ensures your success and efficiency. Our administrative team handles all the logistics that providers need. We offer generous CME credits, medical and malpractice insurance, and vacation. We also offer a sign on bonus. Practice highlights include: Full-Time (5 days a week) $30,000 sign-on bonus which $15,000 will be paid to the Provider when the contract is signed and the remaining $15,000 one year after the signed contract date. The base salary is $575,000 a year and must see a minimal 45 patients a day. In addition, once the net collections in a one-year span exceed $1.5 million the Provider will receive 10% of the net collections that are above $1.5 million until the year ends. 4 Days a Week $25,000 sign-on bonus which $12,500 will be paid to the Provider when the contract is signed and the remaining $12,500 one year after the signed contract date. The base salary is $540,000 a year and must see a minimal 45 patients a day. In addition, once the net collections in a one-year span exceed $1.25 million the Provider will receive 10% of the net collections that are above $1.25 million until the year ends. Compensation is for the following but not limited to: - Collected receipts for patient visits - Attending and speaking at staff meetings - Promoting the company - Training the medical support staff - Communicating with patients on biopsy or laboratory results in a timely manner - Educating and supervising the physician extenders - Maintaining a high level or expertise in the practice of dermatologic medicine - Directing your support staff to work in an efficient and effective manner, maintaining high morale - Completing medical documentation and participating in chart review - The compensation package also includes sick and vacation time, short-term/long-term disability, 401(k) plans, CME and professional allowances, and medical, dental, and malpractice coverage.
