We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dermatology Physician to join our team at Starling Diagnostics. As a Dermatology Physician, you will provide comprehensive dermatological care to our patients, managing various skin conditions and diseases. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the well-being of our patients through effective diagnosis, treatment, and education. Job Responsibilities
• Provide medical and cosmetic dermatology services, including skin cancer screenings, acne treatment, and cosmetic procedures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Educate patients on skin care, preventive measures, and treatment options.
• Explain test results, diagnoses, and treatment plans clearly to patients.
• Refer patients to primary care and specialty providers when necessary.
• Complete all necessary documentation, including progress notes, prescriptions, encounter forms, and referral forms.
• Provide consultations to other practitioners within the center.
• Supervise the patient care activities of paramedical personnel assigned to work with you.
• Participate in in-service education for other healthcare practitioners at the center.
• Adhere to infection control measures in accordance with OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens standards and center policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful attitude in all interactions with patients, supervisors, and other employees.
Qualifications
• license to practice medicine in New York State.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, fast-paced patients in a high-volume setting.
• eCW : Experience using eClinical Works (eCW) electronic health record system or similar platforms.
• Completion of Dermatology Residency Program.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Dermatology.
Working Hours
• 8 or 10 Hour shift
• $130 to $160 per hour
• Monday to Sunday
