Enjoy lake living at its best in sunny and family friendly Moses Lake, Washington. Our Dermatology team consists of nine general dermatologists, one Mohs surgeon and two APPs when fully staffed. This position is being hired to add new dermatology services to the rural Moses Lake community.
First-Year Salary Range: $469,646–$507,725.

Position Overview:
- Four‐day or five‐day work week.
- Lab, X‐ray, CT scan and MRI at the nearby Confluence Health Moses Lake Campus.
- Multi‐specialty clinic nearby with specialists readily available for support.
- Average of 30 patients per day.
- EPIC electronic medical record.
- Clinic hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- First-year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.
- Signing bonus.
- Up to $20,000 relocation expenses covered, including packing.
