The practice provides medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology care
Flex schedule.
Can do 4 days of Mohs or mix of Mohs and General Dermatology.
Work in a new, state of the art, 8,000 square foot dermatology office with Mohs lab and use EMA.
Nearby satellite office for more cases.
Cosmetic and aesthetic options include lasers, micro-needling with radiofrequency, and body sculpting.
Fantastic and stable support staff.
400k base salary with 50% production percentage 2x the base

Job Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the Physician - Dermatologist-Mohs Surgeon include, but are not limited to the following:

Interviews, examines, selects diagnostic testing appropriately, and interprets/collates results to coordinate patient care.
Communicates and documents with clarity to patients and medical personnel to coordinate patient care
Procedural skills may include simple excision and repair, skin and nail biopsy, electro surgery basic, basic cryosurgery for benign lesions, advanced cryotherapy, curettage, Botox injections for hyperhidrosis
Consultative input to outpatient and inpatient care.
Collaborate with midlevel providers and physician colleagues with clear communication and documentation.
Participate in the educational programs for the section personnel as well as the medical staff.
Participate in monitoring the quality, safety and appropriateness of patient care.
Demonstrate ethical conduct and serve as a positive role model to others at all levels of the organization
Participate in quality assurance programs and chart reviews

Qualifications

U.S. Citizen
Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
Subject to background/security investigation.
Fellowship training in Mohs or passed the certification text

Working Hours

Clinic hours:
7am to 5pm Monday through Friday
8am to 2pm Saturdays
Closed Sundays

Skills

In-depth knowledge of dermatological tools and procedures
Ability to provide specialized skin therapy treatments and interventions
Experience performing nonintrusive, topical skin surgeries
