Responsibilities
Provide advanced critical care to patients in the ICU, ensuring all treatments and procedures are performed with precision and care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on patient responses and clinical guidelines.
Educate patients and their families about the critical care process, treatment options, and post-care instructions to ensure comprehensive understanding and compliance.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all care provided, changes in condition, and communications with other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in critical care settings.
Advanced Practice Provider certification required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with medical staff.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other healthcare technology.
