As one of the fastest growing cities in the nation, this established PulmCC practice is recruiting to meet the needs of a rapidly growing population in Charlotte, NC
• 8 Physician and 5 APP Pulmonary and Critical Care practice, hospital employed.
• 75% Pulmonology and up to 25% Critical Care.
• Schedule will be 1 in 4-week rotation of ICU coverage for 6-bed ICU.
• Physician-led organization where 50% of the senior leadership team are clinicians.
• Not-for-profit, financially stable organization with a multi-facility expansion projected to be completed early 2025.
• Salary guarantee with quality and productive incentive upside, commencement bonus, relocation and a comprehensive benefits package. PSLF Eligible.
