We are seeking a local Critical Care physician to join our team at a Level 3 Trauma Center. This opportunity has a 7 on/7 off schedule and no call requirements, with travel and lodging provided.
Practice Details:
- Level 3 Trauma Center with 14 beds
- Hospital is stroke-certified
- Support staff of 2 RNs, APPs, and an office staff
- Average volume of 14 patients per shift
- Charting: Epic
Schedule:
- 7 on, 7 off
- 7 PM - 7 AM
- No call requirements
Cases and Procedures:
- Ventilation management, chest tube insertion, bronchoscopy, management of BP issues, insertion of central line, arterial line, and PA catheter, dialysis catheter placement, diagnostic/therapeutic taps (lumbar puncture, paracentesis, and thoracentesis)
- Rounding on assigned patients and admissions
