Job Details
  • 590 hospital beds
  • CC/ICU 44 beds - Proficiency in rounding all three units is required
    • Medical CC/ICU 16
    • Surgical CC/ICU 16
    • Neuro CC/ICU 12
  • Staffing Model:
    • 2 Physicians per day 7a-7p
    • 1 Physician at night 7p-7a
  • 7 on; 7 off scheduling for full-time
  • Physicians will participate in a robust ECMO program that is developing
  • Competitive rate plus benefits for full-time
  • Additional stipend for Medical Director
  • Collegial relationship with the Hospitalist Program that is also staffed by SCP
  • Meditech EMR
  • Physicians must be Critical Care Boarded

HCA Research Medical Center, a 590-bed hospital, located at 2316 East Meyer Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri, is one of the region's leading acute-care hospitals and provides free parking to patients and visitors. The hospital offers a range of services to patients, including emergency care with a Level I Trauma Center, a certified Comprehensive Stroke Center and effective treatment for heart attack and sepsis.
