Job Title: Physician (Part – Time)
Location: Lebanon OH 45036
Duration: 06 Months with possible extension
Shift: Standard Shift
Hours/Week: 24 Hours/Week
Job Duties:
• Working collaboratively with intra and interdepartmental staff to administer treatment for patients utilizing nationally recognized treatment standards and documenting utilizing an electronic health record system.
• Conducting exams and writing evaluations and reports.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing.
• Managing medication.
• Completing reclassifications and other reviews as indicated.
• Making referrals for specialized care or treatment.
• Performing duties in accordance with scope of practice, ODRC policies, procedures, protocols, and related American Correctional Association standards.
• Participating in Continuous Quality Improvement meetings and activities, including peer review.
• Engaging in collaborative agreements, as needed.
Education and Documents:
• Medical License for the state of Ohio
• Board-eligible or board-certified in internal medicine, family medicine, or emergency medicine
• DEA Certificate
