Job Title: Psychiatrist – Part time
Location: Chillicothe, OH, 45601
Duration: 6+ months
Shift: Day shift
Hours: 16 hours/week (2 shifts/week)

Education: Doctoral Degree
Requirements: Ohio Medical License and Drug Enforcement Administration certification
• Working collaboratively with intra and interdepartmental staff to administer treatment for behavioral health patients utilizing nationally recognized treatment standards and documenting utilizing an electronic health record system
• Conducting exams and writing evaluations and reports
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing
• Managing medication
• Making referrals for specialized care or treatment
• Performing duties in accordance with scope of practice, ODRC policies, procedures, protocols, and related American Correctional Association standards
• Participating in continuous quality improvement meetings and activities, including peer reviews
• Engaging in collaborative agreements, as needed
