Position Details Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call Admissions Required: Yes Facility Accepts Multiple Providers: Yes Practice Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient EMR System: McKesson Paragon Patients Per Shift: Dependent on hospital census and clinic follow-ups Beds in Department: 86 Submissions Requirements Active NC License Required Board Certified/Eligible Clean History - ACLS Required Skill Requirements Outpatient - Cardiology: Required Inpatient - Cardiology: Required ICU: Required Non-invasive: Required Echocardiography: Required TEE (Transesophageal Echo): Required Nuclear Cardiology (Cardiolyte, thallium, etc.): Required STEMI: Required Call Details Locums Call is For: Both Call Type: Beeper Call Response Time Required: 30 Minutes Call Back %: 100% Phone Consults: 0-10 Patients Seen: 0-10 Admissions: 0-2 Additional Information Facility is chest pain accredited 24-hour call coverage preferred Daily expectations include: - Hospital rounding and consults (hospitalists admit and consult as necessary) - Report reads (EKGs, ECHOs, etc.) - 2-4 hours clinic patients (Monday - Friday only) - Call availability for hospital as needed
