We have not one, but two positions available, and we're on the lookout for top-notch talent like you! Start: March/April 2025. This is a per diem position
Schedule: 10 hrs. days, 7am- 5pm with a little variability
Location: NORTHEAST MEDICAL GROUP - CARDIAC SPECIALISTS, Milford, CT
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive cardiac assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals
- Offer patient education on managing cardiac conditions
- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results
- Prescribe medications and treatments
Requirements:
- Must have an active NP/PA license and a Connecticut license
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cardiology and telemetry
- Certification: BLS, ACLS, and DEA
- Cardiology PA Skills Overview
Expertise in heart anatomy, physiology, and diseases.
Proficient in interpreting diagnostic tests like EKGs and echocardiograms.
Skilled in clinical procedures (e.g., catheterizations, pacemaker implantations).
Strong teamwork, communication, and patient care abilities.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
