Nurse Practitioners Internal Medicine - Adult or Family - Telemedicine

1099 Contract

Our client offers a comprehensive assessment with a healthcare provider, evaluating over 70 biomarkers and offering personalized action plans to help optimize health. This may include strategies for sleep, stress management, inflammation, hormone balance, and more. Their services operate outside of the insurance framework, allowing them to offer these at significantly lower rates. Nurse Practitioners (NPs) provide appropriate advice, supplements, and medications when necessary. They receive training in wellness and longevity, as well as standardized protocols.

DETAILS

Start Date - ASAP pending credentialing on going

Work Schedule Flexibility: Full-Time and Part-time, evening shifts (5-9 PM), and weekend availability, especially on Sundays. More details to be discussed during interview.

TELEHEALTH - **Visit Structure**: A typical appointment involves a comprehensive lab review lasting about 45 minutes and includes health tests such as GI Map, ALCAT, and MTHFR. No referral is needed.

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: We use the Charm EMR system.

Equipment Provision: Laptops and necessary equipment will be provided to the providers.

REQUIREMENTS

• NPs with 4-5 years of experience. Successful providers typically have backgrounds in family practice or internal medicine.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Narcotic Prescriptions/ DEA license is required for hormone replacement therapy
• Active license in home state and the states covering
• A collaborating physician will be provided as necessary by state regulations
