Physician - Non-Invasive/General Cardiologist - Prairie Cardiovascular Consultants – Springfield, IL Prairie Cardiovascular Consultants is recruiting a BC/BE General Cardiologist in Springfield, IL. Prairie Cardiovascular Consultants works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System. Position Requirements Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start Board Certified or Board Eligibility New fellow graduates are welcome to apply Position does not support J1 visa Position Details Monday - Friday weekly schedule Rotating call EPIC EMR High Volume coronary intervention procedures Cardiac imaging - Cardiac CT, Cardiac MRI, Echo, Nuclear Cardiac Imaging, and Vascular Imaging Participation in an established structural heart procedures involving complex TEE. Education Qualifications

  • Clinical doctorate is required.

Experience Qualifications

  • Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

  • Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
  • Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
  • Must be board certified or board eligible.
