Nurse Partitioner - Cardiology - Outpatient and Inpatient

1099 Contract Position

Nurse Practitioner Cardiology Advanced Heart Failure

This is an immediate need - ongoing

Schedule is 7 days - Clinic with inpatient, one week a month

Scheduled week is variable

Shifts are Tuesday 7a – Tuesday 7a

Night call will be phone consults only, provider will not be called back in

ACLS and BLS are required

Heart failure experience or experience as a CICU Nurse is required

100% Adult

75% Office/clinic, 25% Hospital

Avg patients daily (clinic): 11

Avg patients daily (hospital): 15, 2 ICU

Lab on-site, X-Ray on-site, EKG, etc.

Requirements

• EPIC experience preferred
• Board Certified NP
• BLS & ACLS
• Active WA license
