    • Inpatient
    • Patients Per Shift: 20-25
    • Beds in department: 40
    • Admissions required
    • Rounding on patients: assigned
    • Read non-invasive studies on the weekend
    • Rounding on 20 - 25 patients/day
    • Trauma level 1
    • Required to supervise APPs
  • Requirements
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible
    • Fellowship Required
    • Active MT License or IMLC in Hand
    • ACLS
    • Required Skills: Inpatient - Cardiology (ICU), Non-invasive (Echocardiography, TEE (Transesophageal Echo))
    • Preferred Skills: Non-invasive (Nuclear Cardiology (Cardiolyte, thallium, etc.))
  • Call
    • Beeper
    • 30 Minute Response Time
    • Call Ratio: 2:7 - Weekend Call
    • Call Back %: 10
    • Average Call # Per 24 Hr.
      • Phone Consults: 3
  • Support Staff
    • 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 APP, 1 Office staff
