Locations - Milwaukee area, WI

1099 Locums Contract

Start Date - December 2, 2024 for 5 to 6 months

4 to 5 days a week - 40 hours (closed holidays)

Two locations in the Milwaukee area of Wisconsin looking for an PMHNP

Both medium-security facility for adults

Could do remote/telehealth at one of the locations but on site for the other

WI license req'd and have prescriptive authority in WI

DEA

Must be able to commit to at least 2 weeks of full time training which could include 3 days of various (EMR) Cerner training and 2-4 days of BHS orientation in Madison WI as well as 1-2 days working at another site with a doctor to get some training.
