EP Cardiology opening in Springfield, MO - Full-time, permanent position - Employed opportunity - Seeking BE/BC - H1b Visa Sponsorship Position Details - Join three supportive EP partners in the most complex and complete EP program in the region. - Collaborate with 5 Int. Cardiologists, 2 Non-Interventional Cardiologists, 3 Cardiothoracic Surgeons - Extensive midlevel provider and administrative support - Perform complex ablations, including atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia (epicardial work available but optional) - Perform all device procedures, including safe and effective cardiac resynchronization and leadless pacemaker cases - Preferred special skills: Neurocardiac ablation (center is regionally experienced in this procedure) and Left bundle branch area pacing - New suite of 3 EP labs with state-of-the-art design and equipment (fluoro and EP technology) - Integrated pre-op and post-op areas for efficient EP lab operations - Existing providers practice EP only, but the new partner has the option to integrate general cardiology - High-volume EP program; other networks refer complex ablation procedures to the Health System Benefits include: - $650,000 1st year guarantee or greater of wRVUs - Comprehensive benefits package - Relocation allowance - $100k Sign-on bonus About Facility: - Physician-led, not-for-profit health system, established in 1906 - 6 hospitals and 80+ clinics - Serving a 1 million+ patient region in southwest Missouri - Stable and growing - ZERO layoffs during the pandemic - Named a Best Place to Work by Modern Healthcare for 5 consecutive years About Springfield, Missouri: - Located in scenic southwest Missouri - Metro area population nearly 500,000 - Low cost of living, quick commutes, highly-rated schools
