Nuclear Cardiologist Opening in Kansas City, MO

Advanced training in Nuclear Cardiology including PET required
The candidate will be joining six nuclear cardiologists
Leadership opportunities available
Nuclear Cardiology is part of the Cardiovascular Radiologic Imaging Department which is part of the Cardiology Service Line and also includes Cardiovascular CT and Cardiac MRI
The department has 4 nuclear cardiology laboratories located in each of the system hospitals across the KC metro area
Each site has PET-CT and SPECT capabilities, including digital PET
Approximately 8,000 nuclear studies are performed annually, with the majority being PET studies
The applicant would be expected to have an interest in, and be actively involved in, clinical research
The applicant can request a percentage of time be dedicated to clinical research through our unique Clinical Scholars Program
While expertise in additional cardiac imaging modalities is not a prerequisite, accommodations will be made according to the applicants training, expertise and interests
