Requirements:

• Board Certification: REQUIRED
• State License: Highly preferred open to IMLC w/ LOQ in hand
• CV surgery Fellowship – REQUIRED
• Both BLS & ACLS should be in place but the training can be done on-site if necessary
• Malpractice status: REQUIRED for temps
