- Coverage Needed:
- As soon as credentialed (30 day average) - Ongoing
- 3+ months
- Outpatient Clinic: Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm
- At least 2 weeks per month
- 3 weeks - Preferred
- Clinical Details:
- Outpatient Clinic, Inpatient Rounding, and Call
- Visits primarily consist of consults and established patients
- 70% outpatient, 30% inpatient
- Requirements:
- Active MI License (will accept IMLC)
- Michigan DEA
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
- Diagnostic and Interventional Heart Catheterizations required
- AHA, ACLS, and BLS Required
- Case Logs Showing:
- 75 Diagnostic Cardiac Catheterizations within 12 months
- 50 Inpatient logs/encounters within 12 months
- 25 TEE within 12 months
