- Active OH license required
- Must be Board Certified
- Minimum # Years Experience: 1
- DEA Required
- Certifications Required: ACLS; BLS
- Coverage Need: full time Monday through Friday 8a-5p and 1:5 nights/weekends call/rounding
- Estimated Shifts/Month: 10
- Types of Calls: In-House
- Level III Trauma Center
- Providers Typical Day: rotate responsibilities with four other physicians; will cover inpatient consults, office, and reading panels. Stress tests, inpatient rounding, mornings actually (census 8-10).
- Travel Covered: Mileage (Personal Vehicle); Airfare; Lodging; Rental Car & Fuel
