Structural Interventional Fellowship in the Saint Louis Metropolitan Area

We are actively seeking qualified candidates for a non-accredited Structural Interventional Fellow at SSM Health-Saint Louis University Hospital starting in July 2025. Our structural interventional program performs TAVR, MitraClip, TMVR, Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion, ASD/PFO Closure, ICE and Alcohol Septal Ablation procedures. We participate as high enrollers in several clinical trials. The successful candidate will have completed Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology Fellowships.

Clinical responsibilities will focus on the work-up and performance of structural interventional procedures but will also include inpatient rounding and STEMI call. SSM Health is a system of integrated hospitals; this fellowship offers the opportunity to learn from highly experienced academic and community practice operators.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will be board certified/board eligible in cardiology and interventional cardiology.
