· OR Coverage: 7a-5p

· Hospital/rounding/night and weekend call rotation

· Full Privileges 60-90 days

· PAs are available for EVH

REQUIRED:

· IL state license (No IMLC)

· IL state DEA

· Board Certified or Board Eligible

· Minimum Years Experience (If Applicable): More than 1 year.

· COVID Vaccine required or need medical or religious exemption.

· Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ABMS

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (travel expenses reimbursed)

· Malpractice insurance provided
